In order to make the services more people-oriented, people's discussion / interview is being held with the deputy commissioner in the name of people's meeting in the office of the deputy commissioner. In addition to meeting other days of the week, every Wednesday, the Deputy Commissioner listens to the needs, grievances, petitions, petitions of the people and provides services to the people by resolving issues that are immediately disposed of. In addition, people's grievances, complaints, applications, submissions are being settled by contacting various departments / individuals by telephone or in writing. The decisions of the people's meeting are being sent in writing to the concerned officials for taking necessary action. You can report any of your problems or issues to the Deputy Commissioner at the public meeting held every Wednesday.
A public hearing is held every Wednesday from 10 am to 1 pm at the Deputy Commissioner's office. Various allegations are made on the day of public hearing. Write the name in the prescribed register book in the confidential branch of the Deputy Commissioner within the prescribed time. Keep with necessary paperwork.
